WHAT COMES OUT WHEN LIFE SQUEEZES YOU? (3)
It is easier to point fingers at people who hurt us than to confront the wounds we never healed.
Easier to say,“They made me angry,” than to admit anger had already been living inside us, waiting for an opportunity to speak.
Easier to justify bitterness than to acknowledge how long we have carried pain without tending to it.
Yet within this painful realisation lies something incredibly beautiful: if what comes out of us reflects what is within us, then we have the power to change what we carry inside.
A wounded heart can heal; a bitter soul can soften again.
Healing begins quietly.
It starts with awareness: the courage to sit alone with yourself and honestly ask, “What am I carrying inside me?” It begins when you stop pretending to be fine and finally face the sadness, fear, jealousy, insecurity, or anger hidden beneath your smile.
