Knowledge Versus Wisdom (1)

KNOWLEDGE VERSUS WISDOM (1)

Knowledge and wisdom are not the same thing.
People often confuse them, but they are very different in how they shape a person’s life.

Knowledge is what you know, coming from books, school, teachers, the internet, and experience.
For example, you can learn formulas in math, memorize historical dates, or understand how machines work. Knowledge is information stored in your mind; it is powerful, but by itself, it does not guarantee good decisions.

As the saying goes:“Knowledge speaks, but wisdom listens.”
That means knowledge can make you informed, but wisdom helps you understand when to act and when to pause.

Wisdom is how you use what you know.
It is the ability to make the right decision at the right time, with the right understanding of consequences.
Wisdom involves patience, awareness, and good judgment.
