Winning Starts From Inside (2)
WINNING STARTS FROM INSIDE (2)
People can’t take from us what they can’t see; therefore, it is wiser to base our lives on end values.
Our end values are the internal virtues no one can see, including love, peace, and joy.
Our means values are the external possessions everyone can see, including money, marriage, and certificates.
The best way to become a winner is to pursue the end values within us that people can’t see.
In time, we will naturally attract money, a good marriage, and healthy relationships—things people can see.
Winners have stronger beliefs in their end values than in external possessions, which enables them to handle worry, frustration, and negativity.
We can never experience true success if our idea of winning depends solely on means values or on impressing the world.
