CHOOSE UNDERSTANDING OVER ASSUMPTIONS (3)

Humility does not mean thinking less of yourself; it means recognizing that you do not know everything.
Respect does not require agreement. Compassion does not require sameness. We can disagree without becoming enemies, and we can hold firmly to our convictions while treating others with dignity.

The strongest people are not those who always win arguments but those who preserve relationships while seeking truth with humility.

When someone's opinions differ from our own, they may be carrying burdens we can't see, or seeing the world through experiences we have never known.

In the end, the measure of our wisdom is not how loudly we defend our opinions but how graciously we treat those who disagree with us.
