The Price Of Authenticity (3)

THE PRICE OF AUTHENTICITY (3)

Saying "no" when necessary is an important expression of knowing your worth, it's an act of self-respect.
Protecting your time, energy, values, and well-being is not a sign of weakness, selfishness or a lack of compassion.

People struggle with setting boundaries because they fear disappointing others, being misunderstood, or appearing unkind.

A generous heart is a beautiful quality, but generosity should not require the sacrifice of your dignity or peace.

When people constantly ignore their own needs just to satisfy others, they may eventually become exhausted, resentful, or emotionally drained.
True kindness should come from a place of willingness, not pressure or fear.

Saying no is not a rejection of people; it is a recognition of personal limits.
Every person has responsibilities, priorities, and boundaries that deserve respect.

Those who genuinely love or value you will understand that your inability to meet every demand does not reduce your care or concern for them.
