What Comes Out When Life Squeezes You (1)

WHAT COMES OUT WHEN LIFE SQUEEZES YOU (1)

There are moments in life when pressure arrives without warning.
Moments when the weight of disappointment, betrayal, stress, or heartbreak wraps itself around your chest so tightly that you can barely breathe.

In those moments, people often say,“I didn’t mean to react that way,”as though stress created the anger, bitterness, or cruelty that escaped from within them.

But pressure does not create what is inside us: it only reveals it.

If you take an orange in your hand and squeeze it with all your strength, orange juice will flow out.
Not apple juice, not grape juice, only orange juice, because that is what lived inside the fruit all along.
The squeezing did not place it there.
The pressure simply exposed it.

Human beings are no different.
Charles R. Swindoll said, "Life is 10% what happens to us and 90% how we react to it."
